Terms & conditions
These terms and conditions set out the rules that apply to services provided by DKP-HOLDING.
1. Purpose
These terms govern the provision of digital transformation, AI, cloud, construction, training and placement services by DKP-HOLDING.
2. Quotes and orders
Every service is subject to a detailed quote. An order is firm once the client approves it in writing and, where applicable, pays a deposit.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in CFA francs, excluding taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are set out in the quote or contract.
4. Timelines and delivery
Timelines are indicative and depend on project complexity. DKP-HOLDING informs the client of any significant delay.
5. Client obligations
The client agrees to provide the necessary information, approve deliverables within the agreed timelines and comply with the contract terms.
6. Liability
DKP-HOLDING’s liability is limited to the services defined in the contract. Any claim must be made in writing.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed, deliverables remain DKP-HOLDING’s property until full payment is received.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Ivorian law. In case of dispute, the parties will seek an amicable settlement before any legal action.
